The first drop is being made — properly, and in the open.
The first Jollof Beats drop is small on purpose: an embroidered cap carrying the Jollof Beats mark, and a short run of tees — including a design for “More Water In My Cup,” the song at the top of the catalogue.
Every piece is made on demand: ordered, printed or embroidered, and shipped when someone buys it — no piles of stock, no waste. And nothing goes on sale until a physical sample has been ordered and checked by hand. If the sample is not good enough to wear, the design does not ship.
Later, when the audience can carry it: a kente capsule — real woven cloth, cut into a small number of pieces, with the story told properly in The Editorial.
When the first drop is ready, it will be announced here and on the Jollof Beats YouTube channel.
